Payment Policy

This page explains how payment works when you buy from Turf Care Pro (Express Matting Services Ltd.). Please read it together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

Who you are buying from

All orders placed on this website are contracts with Express Matting Services Ltd., trading as Turf Care Pro, Unit 1B, Summit Works, Manchester Road, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 5HG, United Kingdom. Company registration number 07000887, registered in England and Wales. VAT registration number GB987256073.

Who can order

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
  • We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.

Prices and VAT

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
  • All prices include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%.
  • Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £9.99 per order and is shown separately in your basket and at checkout before you commit to the purchase.
  • The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

How you can pay

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept:

  • Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

How your order is accepted

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order — for example because an item is out of stock or a price has been listed in error — we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Made a mistake with your order?

If you have entered the wrong item, quantity or delivery address, contact us as soon as possible on +44 1282 270214 or sales@turfcarepro.co.uk. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will normally be able to change or cancel it. Your right to cancel after delivery is set out in our Return Policy.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Full details, including timescales, are in our Return Policy.
