Shipping policy

This policy explains how and where we deliver orders placed with Turf Care Pro, the online store of Express Matting Services Ltd. Please read it together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Order Cancellation Policy.

Prices, tax and currency

All prices and the delivery charge are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. The £9.99 delivery charge is shown separately in your basket and at checkout before you commit to purchase. There are no hidden fees or surcharges added after checkout.

Order confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we send a confirmation email so you know we have everything we need to process it. If you notice a mistake in your order or delivery address, contact us as soon as possible on +44 1282 270214 or sales@turfcarepro.co.uk — if the order has not yet been dispatched we will normally be able to correct it.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from our Burnley, Lancashire premises within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm GMT, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, are processed the next working day. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3–6 working days, so most orders arrive within 4–8 working days of being placed. We will send tracking details by email so you know when to expect your delivery.

Carriers

We dispatch orders using established UK carriers, including Royal Mail and Parcelforce, DPD and Evri. The carrier used depends on the size, weight and destination of your order. Tracking details are sent by email once your order is dispatched. Standard deliveries do not normally require a signature; larger or palletised items may require someone to be present to receive them, and we will let you know if that applies.

Shipping cost

Delivery is a flat rate of £9.99 per order to any United Kingdom address. This is the same price everywhere in the UK — there are no remote-area surcharges, and no additional charge for Highlands, Islands or other regions. The charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you commit to purchase. We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Large and heavy items

Bulky products such as goal posts, spreaders, top dressing and palletised goods are still delivered at the same £9.99 flat rate to any United Kingdom address. The charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you commit to purchase. We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Changing your delivery address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible on +44 1282 270214 or sales@turfcarepro.co.uk with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will normally be able to update the address. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change its destination, but you may be able to redirect it with the carrier using the tracking details we send you.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel before your order arrives, contact us as soon as possible — if it has not yet been dispatched we can usually stop it. You also have a 14-day right to cancel after delivery. Full details are in our Order Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delayed parcels

Occasionally carriers experience delays. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking first, then email sales@turfcarepro.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, or we have sent the wrong item, email sales@turfcarepro.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging, and we will replace the item or refund you at no cost to you. Full details of your rights are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
