Payment Policy

This page explains how payment works when you buy from Turf Care Pro, the online store of Express Matting Services Ltd. Please read it together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Who you are buying from

All orders placed on this website are contracts with Express Matting Services Ltd., trading as Turf Care Pro, Unit 1B, Summit Works, Manchester Road, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 5HG, United Kingdom. Company registration number 07000887, registered in England and Wales. VAT registration number GB987256073.

Who can order

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
• We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.
• Products authorised for professional use only (certain plant protection products) may only be purchased for use by suitably certified persons — see our Terms of Service.

Prices and VAT

• All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
• All prices include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%.
• Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £9.99 per order and is shown separately in your basket and at checkout before you commit to the purchase.
• The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

How you can pay

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the following methods:

Credit and debit cards

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay and Elo.

Digital wallets

Apple Pay (on supported Apple devices and browsers), Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Buy Now, Pay Later

Klarna. If you choose Klarna, your purchase is subject to Klarna's own terms, eligibility checks and any applicable fees or interest. Klarna is a separate provider and your agreement for that payment option is with Klarna, not with us. Please review Klarna's terms before selecting it at checkout. Full details of the amount, any instalment schedule and any charges are shown by Klarna before you confirm.

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

When payment is taken

Payment is authorised and taken at the point you place your order through our secure checkout. The full amount you will pay — the price of the goods (including VAT) plus the £9.99 delivery charge — is shown clearly before you confirm. There are no hidden fees, surcharges or additional costs added after checkout. Where you select Klarna, any fees or interest that may apply are set out by Klarna at checkout before you commit.

How your order is accepted

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order — for example because an item is out of stock or a price has been listed in error — we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Made a mistake with your order?

If you have entered the wrong item, quantity or delivery details, contact us as soon as possible on +44 1282 270214 or sales@turfcarepro.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will normally be able to correct or cancel it. See our Order Cancellation Policy for more.

Security

Our checkout is hosted and secured by Shopify, using encryption to protect your payment information in transit. Card payments are handled by Shopify's payment providers and, where selected, by the relevant wallet or Klarna. We never see or store your full card number.
