What makes this wetting agent more effective?

Most current wetting agents fall into one of two types. Penetrant types use small molecules that move water quickly away from the surface but do not hold it. Large molecule block co-polymers hold water well but are less good at moving and spreading it through the root zone. This wetting agent combines both actions in one product: a dynamic penetrant to move moisture and a powerful polymer to hold it.

How to Use

• When to apply: applications can start in March. Apply before any signs of dry patch or hydrophobic soil effects appear.
• Frequency: best results come from applying every four to six weeks.
• Application rate: 20 l/ha in a water volume of 400-1000 litres per hectare.
• Where possible, follow application with 2-3mm of irrigation.
