3L Turf Fungicide

This is a 3L professional turf fungicide containing 125 g/L of fludioxonil. It acts very quickly by attacking disease pathogens directly on the leaf, within the thatch and at the soil surface, giving a rapid response to turf disease and proven long-lasting protection through the cooler months from autumn to early spring.

How It Works

When the fludioxonil comes into contact with pathogenic spores it disrupts their regulation of osmosis (osmoregulation). The pathogen cells take in water so quickly that their cell walls can no longer stay rigid and they burst, removing the threat of the disease.

How to Use

When to apply: There is no restriction on the period of use. It is particularly effective at giving turf extended protection during the slow-growth periods of the cooler months, from autumn right through to early spring.

Independent Trial Results

Effectiveness: Preventative applications give the best disease control, but treating before symptoms show is not always possible. Independent trials showed exceptionally fast knockdown of Fusarium Patch: when applied at 5% visible infection, the disease stopped spreading immediately and the turf had started to recover within three days.

'Protective Shield': Trials showed the product bonds quickly onto the waxy leaf layer, making it rainfast within one hour, and forms a protective shield on the leaf surface that continues to protect turf and plants through rain and under heavy snow cover.
