5L Potassium Silicate

This 5L potassium silicate supplies plant-available silicon and potassium to turf. The potassium silicate is laid down in the cell walls, where it raises turgidity and makes cells more resilient to environmental stress, pests and turf diseases.

How to Use

Silicon treatments are protective rather than curative, so apply before the plant comes under stress or attack.

• Half fill the sprayer with clean water, add the concentrate as required, then keep mixing thoroughly while topping up with the remaining water.
• Use a suitably calibrated sprayer and apply evenly, taking care not to overlap or miss areas.
• Irrigate the treated area thoroughly if no rain falls within 2 days of application.
• Do not apply during hot, dry weather or in frosty conditions.
