20kg Fertiliser Pre-Seeder 18-22-5

A 20kg bag of 18-22-5 pre-seeder, a slow release turf fertiliser with a high phosphate content (22), designed for the over-seeding period or when laying turf.

• Nitrogen drives plant growth, while potassium makes the turf even more resilient to external stresses
• A sufficient share of the nitrogen and potassium is released straight after application, so the grass can use it immediately
• Slow release nitrogen and potassium then sustain performance
• Longevity: 6 - 8 weeks

• Granule dispersal: 2 - 3 days
• Active at lower temperatures, with a low MU content for a quick reaction in cooler conditions
• Spreads evenly even at ultra-low application rates (20g/m²)

How to Use

• Apply to dry foliage; if no rain has fallen, irrigate 1 - 2 days after application
• Irrigation helps the granules disperse and minimises any risk of mower pick-up on close-mown surfaces
• Watering in after application minimises the risk of foot printing
• Try to avoid applying during frosty or drought conditions
• Wait 3 days after application before verti-cutting and/or grooming so the granules can disperse
• Nitrogen release slows significantly when soil temperatures are below 10°C
