This fine lawns grass seed is a blend of perennial grasses chosen to create a fine ornamental lawn across a range of situations and environments. Available in 10kg and 20kg bags.

From bare soil to a fine lawn
Sow once soil temperatures are warm enough for germination.
Prepare the surface, then sow at the correct rate and depth for this mixture.
For best results, sow with a disc seeder or a studded seed roller.
If no rain is expected soon, water the area until the top 10mm of soil is wet, without letting water pool.
Keep the surface moist but not waterlogged for at least 2 - 3 weeks.
Make the first cut once the seedlings have three leaves, taking off no more than one third of the leaf height.
Carry on cutting 1 - 2 times per week, removing no more than one third of the leaf height each time, and gradually bring the grass down to the height of cut you want.

If a variety is occasionally in short supply, it may be replaced with a suitable alternative. Any change to the mixture will be clearly stated on the bag label.
